Hi Karen. The greeting card is not as glossy as photo paper cards but at the time I wrote the original review (Oct 2009), they were glossier than greeting cards from any of the other sites we ordered from. If you look at the picture above you can see the light reflecting off it so the sample set I ordered seemed pretty glossy to me. Let me know how you make out. I should really order another batch of cards and update the reviews. ;)

I am creating photo greeting cards, and I was happy to read your comment that the greeting cards you received had a glossy finish. However, on the Snapfish site, on the "Shop Photo Cards" page, there's a link to "Compare card types". On that comparison chart, in the Greeting Card column, the "Paper finish" category says "matte front". I've just spoken with Snapfish, and they assured me that the greeting card only comes in a matte finish. I'm really hoping that's not true because last night I ordered 125 cards! I know they have a great guarantee, but this is for an exhibit I'll be in this month, so I hope the photos look okay. I'll report on the card finish that I receive.

By the way, thank you for your exhaustive breakdown of features! It was your review that made me choose Snapfish.

I have been using snapfish for three years now, and i swore by it. They always shipped a day after i placed my order, i never had any problems. However the past four times i have ordered- i can been completly unsatisified. I have been waiting for an order for over two weeks now. I am switching to kodak.

have used snapfish and been quite satisfied. However , how do I delete a snapfish saved slideshow? i tried to edit one ohoto at a time , and also ended up removing the entire album, but the slide show is still there under saved projects,
